Responsibilities and Duties

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation needs and preferences

• Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

• Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, deals, and destination insights

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip

• Collaborate with travel vendors and partners to secure the best rates

• Utilize booking platforms and CRM tools to manage reservations

Qualifications and Skills
